I started working in kitchens 13 years ago. Through the years I gained experience from talented chefs to sharpen my skills.
As a young chef I was eager to go abroad and get different ideas, mentality, skills, preparation setup and other cuisines. I wanted to experience a big production of food so I can work faster that s where I decided to go to work in Hanbury Manor by Marriott hotels in the UK .
In the Netherlands I had the opportunity to work with hand in hand with multiple talented Michelin starred chefs all in one kitchen, thanks to this experience I polished my skills up to perfection. Now it's time for you to experience my skills I gained right at your table without the hassle of cooking or going out.
LVB restaurant was my chance to see what I am really capable of doing what I love as it was my first time as a Head Chef, I had all the freedom to create what I learned into my vision.
